Vacancy – Facade Expert | High-Rise Towers Project
We are looking for an experienced Facade Expert / Facade Consultant to join the supervision team for a prestigious High-Rise Towers Project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Minimum Requirements:
🔹 10+ years of professional experience in façade engineering/consultancy.
🔹 Proven experience working as a Consultant / Supervision Consultant in façade works.
🔹 Strong experience in High-Rise / Tower Projects.
🔹 Extensive knowledge of Curtain Wall, Unitized & Stick Systems, Aluminum & Glazing, GRC/GFRC, Stone and Metal Cladding.
🔹 Strong experience in reviewing Façade Design, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Samples and Mock-ups.
🔹 Experience in Façade Performance Testing, including air, water, structural and thermal performance.
🔹 Ability to review Façade Structural/Engineering Calculations and technical submissions.
🔹 Experience in reviewing Method Statements, ITPs, Inspection Requests and QA/QC documentation.
🔹 Strong knowledge of façade installation, site inspection, testing and commissioning requirements.
🔹 Experience coordinating with Architects, Structural Engineers, Façade Designers, Contractors and Specialist Subcontractors.
🔹 Ability to identify and manage technical, design and construction risks related to façade works.
🔹 Good knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
🔹 Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience on Luxury / Landmark High-Rise Towers.
• Experience with complex façade systems and large-scale tower projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia / GCC.
• Relevant professional certifications in façade engineering are an advantage.
